Reeds entered into an agreement with Lordswood Sports and Social Club to construct our indoor rifle range on its grounds. As a result, we have joined with them as a section of their Club, however we still retain autonomy over our own direction. Those wishing to shoot at the new Lordswood range will also have to become members of Lordswood SSC when taking up full membership of Reeds. Discover more about Lordswood SSC here
Walking along the path towards the cricket, rugby and football pitches, you will see our range building.
It houses a large clubroom, main 25-yard range and 10-metre airgun range.
The clubroom is well-equipped with plenty of seating.
The main range has five firing points at 20 and 25 yards, and is suitable for prone, benchrest or standing shooting.
Members can shoot .22, .38, .44 and blackpowder pistol in the range.
The airgun range is the perfect place for juniors to start shooting.
There are four target lanes and targets can be placed at both 10m or 6 yards.
Development on the range began in 2019 and ended in Autumn 2024.
